Hello Dan,

Before the fiasco of moving begins tomorrow, I wanted to take a minute to email you and express my appreciation for all your help and diligent work over the last couple weeks. This whole process has been less then fun and caused much frustration in my day to day; but with your help, I was able to keep my eyes on the prize and accomplish the goal of purchasing my first home. You were great to work with in every aspect. I never felt talked down to for my lack of knowledge in the business, you were always more than happy to answer any questions I had and in a manner I could comprehend, and your hard work ethics shinned through with us being able to reach our closing goal on time! It's very refreshing to have the ability to work with someone like yourself that takes so much pride in what you do and gets even more satisfaction from success.
